I emailed Alex for a quote and he offered to pick up my books from work. Four days later I get a link to the scanned OCR'ed books and an invoice. Alex took the time to walk me through their service and to ensure there was no mismatch in expectations. His quote was accurate and the service was entirely as he described. I was more than satisfied with the work. The Scanned PDFs were good quality and easy to search, and Alex dropped the scanned books back at work and picked up the next batch. All-in-all a great deal.
